1. Who you are contracting with

Blumon (the "Service") is provided by Islam Assem Abdel-Karim ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with Islam Assem Abdel-Karim. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during sign-up, or continuing to use Blumon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice.

3. The Service

Blumon is a personal productivity assistant that helps you plan your day with AI, keep a personal calendar, and track your own subscriptions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan and only for personal or internal business use.

4. Account & credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through the Service;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • upload malware, probe or scan the Service, scrape it, or otherwise interfere with its security or availability;
  • reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

6. AI features

Blumon uses AI models to help you plan your day. You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for reviewing AI-generated output before acting on it, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We may filter, refuse, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may not use Blumon to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak or misuse the underlying models. If you believe AI output infringes your rights, contact us and we will handle the request in line with applicable law; repeated infringers may have their accounts terminated.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all associated software, documentation, and branding are and remain the property of Islam Assem Abdel-Karim and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Fees, subscriptions & billing

Blumon offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently "Blumon Plus", billed monthly or yearly). Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and presented again at checkout before you subscribe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or, for purchases made in the Android app, from Google Play → Subscriptions (or the billing portal of our reseller); on cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, and renewals stop after that.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics for purchases are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. 10. Service level & warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Islam Assem Abdel-Karim is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Assignment & force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
